I grew up around the city of Chicago before going off to the University of Missouri to study Communications and Film Production. After 4 and a half years I graduated and began my transition into adult-hood. Hence why this website was created- not only do I hope that this will be a great tool for further developing my writing skills but I hope to gain some ground by tracking my progress and sharing topics with my readers that I feels passionate and motivated by. Growing up I heard a lot of people discredit or put down others- I can only hope that this blog and my website become a place where people can come to escape the negativity around them and focus on helping themselves grow as an individual.
What do I do? For one, I work at a branding content company in Chicago. I spend my days there communicating with clients about their upcoming projects and preparing pre-production documents for their days of filming, along with a lot of other things! I also write a lot on this blog- topics ranging from personal marketing tips to a girls must haves for her first apartment to how to survive at home after graduating college, plus more. If you're interested in what I do after 5pm and on weekends.
